I picked these up for family dinners on nights when I'm working late, making it easy for my husband to pop them in the oven. Since our kids can be picky eaters, I kept it simple for them. Wow, they were fantastic! Both the teens and the little ones enjoyed them, and I couldn't resist either—I ended up having two as my main course but could have easily eaten a third. Now it's 10:30 at night, and the leftovers are tempting me from the fridge, even though I'm trying to stick to my diet. They were so much tastier than takeout and came with way less guilt! I loved every bite!

I recently ordered 36 assorted empanadas from Cholito Empanadas for the first time, and I was impressed with how they arrived—perfectly frozen in an insulated box, ready to go into our freezer. We decided to serve them at my dad's birthday party yesterday, and after heating them up, they were a hit with everyone—8 adults and 4 pre-teens devoured them all! The Traditional Beef and Peruvian Chicken flavors were especially favored by the adults, while the kids loved the Ham and Cheese variety. I highly recommend them!
